The Concept
The Menu Mechanics team crafted a scalable and profitable fast-casual Levantine bakery concept—Winnibakes—that blends modernity with authenticity, rich storytelling, and robust franchise potential. While originally designed for the Canadian market, the concept’s core elements are versatile and can be adapted and replicated globally. Winnibakes draws inspiration from Levantine culture, offering genuine and essential Levantine flavors.
Our Work
We collaborated with the Menu Mechanics team to create the new brand name and develop a comprehensive identity. This identity was then seamlessly integrated into the interior design of the first flagship store, which is set to open in Winnipeg, MB, Canada.
